November 01, 2010	With merger into our firm of Mr. Yutaka Sakai and seven other attorneys, the name of our firm was changed from Atsumi & Partners to “Atsumi & Sakai” as of November 1.

“In a case where attorneys Toyoki Emoto, Partner, Michiya Iwasaki, Partner, Shintaro Hamasu, Ryosei Nishida and Koichiro Tokumitsu acted as representatives to file a petition for civil rehabilitation proceedings (Fukushima District Court, Koriyama BR, (Sai) Case No. 1 of 2009), the rehabilitation plan, passed at the meeting of creditors on July 15, 2010 and authorized by the Fukushima District Court, Koriyama BR on the same date, became effective on August 11, 2010.”

August 09, 2010	A private settlement was reached on August 9, 2010 with the consent of all concerned financial institutions, with involvement of Toyoki Emoto, Partner, and the involvement of the Fukushima Prefecture Small and Medium Enterprise Rehabilitation Support Council, who create the business plan.
